Delivery Charges: 

- Delivery is free when you spend HK$400* or more.

- Delivery Fee for purchase below HK$400 => HK$100.
 * HK$600 for Shek'O, Big Wave Bay, Ma Wan, Mui Wo, Cheung Chau.
 * HK$800 for Peng Chau, Lamma Islands (Yung Shue Wan only)

Delivery Service:

- Available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, South Lantau and Outlying Islands;

- For Lamma Island; we deliver to ferries only (minimum order HK$800 - see below for details);

- For Peng Chau & Cheung Chau Islands; we deliver to ferries only

- For South Lantau; we deliver to Mui Wo ferries only

- For International Delivery, please contact us for quotation (email contact at bottom of page).
  *  1 Big Box contains on average +/- HK$1,000 worth of purchase.

Delivery Schedule: (for reference only, subject to final confirmation)

Night Delivery between 18:00 to 20:00: (on request only, subject to final confirmation) 

- Hong Kong Island: Every Thursday (order cut-off time on previous Tuesday at 23:59)

- Kowloon Island    : Every Tuesday and Thursday (order cut-off time on previous Sunday at 23:59 and Tuesday at 23:59)

- New Territories    : Every Wednesday (order cut-off time on previous Monday at 23:59)

Remarks:

- All goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. 

- Delivery Change Requests; to be made by email/phone the day before (<5pm) the initial delivery day or Saturday (<11am) for Mondays deliveries.

- Delivery vehicle must be able to access and park legally within 50 meters of the delivering address without any stairway(s) (if any contact us).

- Delivery is free up to 4th floor/level for places without lift; above charges would occur (see details "Terms & Conditions" > "Orders & Deliveries").

- If no-one's home during scheduled delivery time, we reserve the right to leave the box(es) in front of the customer's door at his own responsability.

- An additional delivery fee would occur in case of re-delivery or express delivery (HK$100).  

- All deliveries including alcohol must be received by a person aged 18 or above.  

- We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for very heavy deliveries especially walk-up building (contact us for details).

- Delivery will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rain Warning Signal is hoisted.

- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order; i.e. orders with waters / milks only.

- Order below our min.HK$400 is subjected to a delivery fee HK$100.

- We reserve the right to cancel orders based on Water only/mainly..

- Order cancellation, a cancellation fee of HK$100 will be charged if the order has already been picked and packed as well as delivered.
